All activities of RAO / CIS Offshore 2009 will be held in the historical center of St. Petersburg.

A PLENARY SESSION will be held in the auditorium of Smolny Cathedral. The Smolny Cathedral is the focus of the Smolny ensemble and makes indelible impression. The Cathedral was built upon the project of Rastrelli in the first half of the 19th century. Unlike in many other St. Petersburg cathedrals, no church services have ever been held in the Smolny Cathedral. In 1990 the concert-exhibition center was opened in the Smolny Cathedral.

OFFICIAL RECEPTION on the occasion of opening of RAO / CIS Offshore 2009 will be held in the building of the former Manege of the First military school.
The Manege was built in 1758 and now is the monument of architecture.
